ECM Mobile Notary are proud to serve the Salinas area and are committed to providing our clients with reliable and affordable services. We offer $15 per notary, and mileage determined by location. If you are in a jail or prisonn there is an additional $100 fee, not including mobile or notary fee. We are available to notarize documents at our office or at your location, and we can accommodate your schedule. We also offer weekend and evening appointments.
